Spring is Coming: Easter Decor

Easter is fast approaching, and there are so many great ways to get your home fashioned for Spring. Play around with fresh flowers and add little bits of Easter to all of your table centrepieces. Easter napkin rings are a cute detail, as are Easter egg trees. Want to be extra creative? Assemble little bird nests out of candy eggs and other items and cover them with upside-down glass vases to create Easter terrariums.

There are so many ways to include Easter eggs into your home decor. Easter egg candles are especially cute, as are centrepieces filled with a variety of the colourful eggs. Also add a touch of Easter to your baking; use miniature coloured eggs as a topping for cakes, cupcakes and much more.

Sweets for Your Sweetheart

Valentine's Day is just around the corner and there are so many ways to celebrate with your sweetheart this year. Lollipop marshmallows dipped in chocolate are an especially fun way to say "I love you," as are homemade sugar cookies and other sweet treats.

A great idea for those sugar cookies is to stick them together with some strawberry jam and turn them into some fantastic homemade linzer cookies. Also try baking up some red velvet cupcakes and dusting them with icing sugar around a heart-shaped stencil. Don't have time for baking this year? Conversation hearts are an eternal favourite.
